President-Elect Couple
Michael and Suanne Yarbrough, Tabernash, CO, serve as ex-officio members of the Better Marriages National Board of Directors and as Trainer Intern Supervisors on the the Better Marriages Training and Certification Committee. They are long time members of Better Marriages. They are a certified Better Marriages Leader Couple, certified Better Marriages Trainers of marriage enrichment leader couples They enjoy mentoring newlyweds through their first year of marriage.
Michael is a retired minister and Suanne a retired elementary school teacher and reading specialist. The Yarbroughs are also annual Visiting Professors for the St. Andrew Theological Seminary in Port au Prince, Haiti, where they teach a class entitled “The Christian Marriage.” Having recently entered into early retirement, they are residents of Tabernash, Colorado, a small town near the Winter Park resort. They are now working at their “dream jobs” as unpaid volunteer Winter Park Resort Hosts during the ski season.
